Advise Senior Management on regional Strategic Management activities including: Strategic and Branch Business Planning and Reporting cycles, Federal Budget Analysis, Governance and Risk Profile review, and Environmental Scan analysis. Project Manager and Lead for $130k accommodation pilot project (Workplace Experience Lab, see attached one-pager) - a change management tool to better ready public sector culture for the technological and behavioural changes required to adopt an Activity-Based Working workplace.This project was designed applying Prosci change management methodology and user experience design principles to proactively manage resistance and problem-solve pain points before the wider project roll-out, with intent to increase uptake and implementation success. Project Manager for annual Executive Retreat and 60-person Leadership Forum on strategic topics of relevance. For example, in Feb 2016, on the topic of change fatigue and sustaining employee engagement, I designed the agenda and facilitation, led the event organization, and created the pre- and follow-up participant materials. Responsible for implementing new federal government-wide Results & Delivery initiative in the region in order to achieve commitments as specified in the Minister Mandate Letter. Adapting a design thinking approach to implementing this initiative while influencing culture change and creative problem solving to find new ways to deliver on work with less resources. I previously held the position of Regional Manager on an acting basis from May 2016 to Sept 2016, and Strategic Management Advisor on an acting basis from Feb 2011 to Aug 2012.
