Miranda has been an essential part of the Northrop team for many years. This past year, Miranda directed the brand redesign for Northrop, a huge feat. We were lucky to have such a creative and thoughtful person for the job, as the result has been everything we dreamed of. In addition, Miranda helped launch our new and improved website. Her strategic mind carried us through this process and we are seeing the benefits of the new site everyday. Miranda is a joy to work with- she is a very considerate person and is very well organized. I am constantly amazed by the amount of beautiful, creative, and innovative work her department produces. She is a fearless leader and has proven this by rising to every occasion. For example, the Grand Re-Opening of Northrop occurred this spring and we needed everything from invites to name tags, programs to large outdoor displays, apparel to monitor images, and almost anything else you could imagine. Her ability to organize projects, manage her team, and meet deadlines is extraordinary. She truly is a gift.

I've been honored to work with Miranda since she came to Northrop. When a project comes into the marketing department, it comes in to the two of us; Miranda for the creative side, and me for the editorial side. Because our work is so closely linked, I've witness first-hand Miranda's fantastic qualities as a coworker, designer, and creative director. Miranda is an exceptionally organized person, making her the perfect project manager for our department's various projects. She tracks a project through to completion, and has implemented production schedules, timelines, and tracking tools to keep everyone on time and aware of each other's deadlines. Her contributions to project management and organization has helped our department become so much more streamlined and efficient. Miranda led our total brand redesign with a strategic eye for longevity and flexibility, and meeting the needs of our key stakeholders. She is a strategic and creative thinker, always finding a solution for our complicated needs, being an arts organization in transition equipped with a new vision and mission, within a unique University setting. She did extensive research and got staff feedback/buy-in throughout the process to ensure that the brand reflected all that Northrop is and will be. The result? A stunning, sophisticated, and extremely flexible brand that shines on every poster, brochure, large display, and web page that it inhabits. She also single-handedly created our Northrop Grand Reopening Gala materials, which were absolutely beautiful, and reflected our grand reopening as the celebratory day it was! As the director of the creative team, she has fostered a close-knit group that works seamlessly together. I can always count on the design team to meet deadlines while maintaining our high brand standards. Miranda genuinely cares for her team members as people, which makes working with her a true pleasure. Any organization would be lucky to have her as a part of their team.
