Take inbound calls from customers in my noise free at home office using my up-to-date computer to assist customer depending on the application/job I was scheduled for. Listen to customer to determine what tab/application needed to be in to take care of customer efficiently and stay within a certain call time frame. Activated/program customer cell phones and sometimes walk them through the steps manually when phone not working properly. Start/change/update customer acct by adding all contact and payment information. Add pin cards for prepaid/non credit card customers.
