PRIMARY FUNCTION: Oversees the community employment services of URS and assists clients in choosing, obtaining, and maintaining employment based on their personal interests, skills, and abilities. DUTIES: Develop and revise program policies, forms, and procedures as needed. Coordinate the evaluation/outcomes for the program. Participate in strategic planning for the program. Provide supervision and guidance to job developers and/or job coaches and coordinate case assignments. Evaluate and assess client skills, strengths, interests, and abilities and establish clear and attainable vocational goals for clients and enable clients to develop initial employment skills (i.e. resume, interviewing) Provide direct placement services to clients through employer contacts/research. and identify community resources available to assist with employment placement. Schedule and facilitate job coaching services for clients and employers. Provide one-on-one coaching to client at employment site to assist in learning job responsibilities and to foster employment independence as needed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local employers to assist with client training and placement. Complete all required documentation to meet agency, referral source, and licensing/accreditation standards. Ensure compliance with CARF accreditation guidelines. Establish realistic outcomes and indicators and document client progress/success quarterly. Complete monthly billing, quarterly and annual statistical reports. Monitor the referral pattern through out the year to help plan for the following year. Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, etc as well as promoting services with referral sources and the community. . Participate in IVP, Case Review, or other planning meetings to identify vocational needs and rehabilitation goals.
