Manage, implement, evaluate and improve day-to-day operations of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovation's Compliance programs. Conduct due diligence on vendors and partners Evaluate issues affecting Dynamic's business operations with consideration for the concerns and requirements of interested internal and external stakeholders, governing bodies and certification entities. Support in developing and managing the risk management infrastructure to protect Dynamic's interests. Monitor control systems to deal with violations and establish corrective action response plans accordingly when issues arise. Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors and gather information to objectively perform risk assessments. Lead team member training sessions on compliance requirements and supervise the compliance department team members in day to day responsibilities. Solicit input, provide evaluation and feedback and offer constructive criticism when necessary to direct and indirect team members. Organize and manage domestic and international desktop, onsite, and GPS tracking evaluations of vendors in accordance with industry best practice standards. Write reports as necessary for customers regarding downstream vendor compliance. Lead and act as point person for customer and certification audits of our WI and TN facilities. Maintain control of other Federal, State, and Local audits Provide documentation for auditors and customers and answers to questions they may have regarding quality, environmental, health, and safety systems. Lead corrective action initiatives that result from non-conformities of customer or compliance. Provide recommendations and decisions on which elements should be assessed. Represent Dynamic's interest or gain specific knowledge applicable to improve Dynamic's business.
