Until Jan 2017, Miranda was Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Installations, Environment, & Energy), at the Pentagon, where she was responsible for the oversight, formulation, review, and execution of policies, programs, and budgets for installations, energy, environment, safety & occ health.
