Good communication and relationship building is also important with students and colleagues as this feeds into the student experience and NSS surveys. - Planning and organising recurring Google Meet and Zoom meetings with academic and professional services staff, teacher mentors and students. Working closely with colleagues to monitor and review any issues on placement. Adopting a proactive approach to ensure that issues are acted on quickly to ensure that students receive the appropriate support early in the placement. - Updating information on databases regarding Ofsted inspection results.
