      I founded this research and data analysis training enterprise in 2020 while serving as a corps member. I was concerned that many undergraduates lacked the skill to glean insights from their research data. Negotiated and executed research and data analysis training for students and staff of 4 colleges of health science and technology in Northern Nigeria. Combined over 400+ students and 92 lecturers were trained and certified. Concerned about the impact of the pandemic on education, I worked with a 3 man team to create two online courses of over 20 hours of course content on research and data analysis. Over 300+ students across 5 countries participated in the course in 2020. Interestingly, we grew our target audience from undergraduates to include working professionals across 6 disciplines. The Bootcamp covered Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, SQL, and Python. Two cohorts of the Bootcamp have been completed with 100 beneficiaries across 21 campuses in all 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Supported PhD and Master's students in the social , and bio-medical science disciplines to design research methods, and analysed their data utilising statistical approaches such as Structural Equations Modelling, ANOVA, Regression Modelling etc. Show less
