I travel to each branch - Hammond, Portage, and Valparaiso Indiana to fulfill any technology needs to our team members. I service the team members so that they can service our customers better. I am the only IT specialist on the team, tackling 40-50 employees, over 80 computers, and many printers and devices. I upgrade the workstations, deploy software, troubleshoot many situations, install printers, scanners, card printers, and handle all electronic devices. I also work on the servers, do backups, run monthly reports and annual audits, purchase equipment, handle networking issues, phone support, analyze camera clips, support our core software, and so much more!
