He has been known to me since 2017, when I joined his organization, PEC- Education, as a casual PTE Academic Trainer. I did not have previous experience as a PTE test trainer before, but he trusted on me and gave me the opportunity to have endured this role. I was nervous at the beginning to conduct classes but he encouraged me and gave me honest feedback from learners, which actually helped me develop my self-esteem. He is not that sort of boss who believes in the age-old motto, ‘Boss is always right’: he welcomes suggestions and ideas from all and after proper discussion, he takes decision, which is a rare feature in a person who occupies the CEO’s chair. We organized quite a lot of seminars, and he always put faith on me to be the chief speaker. No other person except Mir Md Azizul Haq worked this much hard to promote PTE Academic in Bangladesh, and certainly, I feel privileged to work alongside him in this venture. I found him very respectful and unbiased: he tried to ensure the best available service and solution for all students and patrons. He is not too conservative nor liberal- he keeps a delicate balance between these. His communication skill is superb, and he tries to develop with all working alongside him. Because of his relentless work and endurance, PEC-Education has been weighed as the best PTE Academic training center in Bangladesh. I am glad and lucky to work under his guidance, and have the opportunity to improve myself.
