Design thinking training session was conducted by Ms. Minu A.T. (Minu K.), an Experienced School Educator in ICSE, IB and CBSE curriculum Teaching, a certified Soft skill and Life skill trainer and a certified Zumba instructor. The session was conducted for the teachers of Pre- Primary, Primary (Gr 1-4) and Co-scholastic mentors on 7th June’22 in shanti Asiatic School. There were tentatively 100 teacher-attendees for this session.The session targeted, teachers’ day to day challenges of managing multiple learning levels in the class, struggling to have effective communications with parents, continuously reducing attention span of their students, unable to give equal voice to every student due to time restrain and the need to include new factors in assessment tools in new scenarios.Implying Design thinking in our teaching methodology could be one of the steps to bring upon the positive change in our teaching- learning process.
