On a study leave as of 1 September 2022. As a Communications Manager at ETU, I was responsible for the communications and marketing strategy and its execution. I created and drove compelling narratives, campaigns, and announcements for the association. I drafted public statements, wrote press communications and created content for various communications channels with proven media outreach experience. As a member of the Executive Team I was able to influence the decision-making from the communications and public relations point of view.One of the challenging and motivating project in this job was the profound strategy renewal in 2017 followed by the new brand strategy and the launch of ETU brand in 2018. Also, digesting in new knowledge on platform economy, AI and robotics gained from the study tour to San Francisco Bay Area and scriptwriting and producing ETU's documentary movie have yet broadened my professional skills set and experience. My main responsibilities were communications strategy, content production and management, digital platforms, brand image, media relations and social media. Laboratory Trainee

As a part-time laboratory trainee in biogeochemistry research group, I did nitrifier enrichment for plant samples and their spectrophotometrical analysis of nitrate and ammonium as well as participated in performing PCR and qPCR analyses. The internship was part of a research project funded by the Academy of Finland, where I had the opportunity to follow and participate in various processes, including finding error in the protocol during nitrate analysis.
