I enjoyed the assignments Mini and I worked on together. As a professional she has earned the respect of everyone she worked with. She has a strong skill set that sets her apart. She is detailed oriented and has ability to work under pressure. In many of our assignments together the team relied on knowledge of the latest and her sound analytical skills. She is a great team player, has great communication skills and a knack for identifying 'the why' behind any issue. Along with her professional skills she brings the human element to all that she does, which makes people around her comfortable and bring the best out of them. I wish the best in all her endeavors.

I have high respect for Mini Biju Daniel, who reported directly to me when I headed USEFI, now US-India Educational Foundation. Mini is focused, reliable, and thorough. She both takes initiative and is a good team player. Her love of learning comes through to students and colleagues.
