  • Developed a 3D reconstruction model using OpenCV and a convolutional neural network connected with a recurrent neural network (CNN-RNN) for human face anti-spoofing using Python and TensorFlow. • Implemented an auxiliary supervision training process of the anti-spoofing model with the reconstructed 3D faces and Remote Photo Plethysmography (rPPG) signals from 300 different videos. • Programmed the completed end-to-end model using C++ and tested the model on 150 live videos with real face, replay and mask, and increased the classification accuracy from 90% to 93% of anti-spoofing.
