Work for Ford brand. Responsible for the IP/Console/CCB development 、design and release, including proposals raising 、confirmation 、and tracking. Lead the discussions with other function team (Studio/ Craftsmanship/MFG/Quality/Purchasing/Finance etc.) during the development phase. Needed to finalize the CAD, material, color, grain etc release and also control the timing / cost for IP/Console/CCB to keep pace with the whole program. Other critical items are design verification / performance verification, attend all DV tests for V362C IP/Console, including the KLT, which happened in UK and i supported on site. Also lead the quality control for VP/TT/PP parts, for example the ISIR, TCB/FtN, AAR Review, work with supplier & other function to come up with the proposals to solve the issues during ISIR , TCB/FtN, AAR Review, Vehicle builds.
