Corporate Officer, Organizational Development

Over the past 45 years, I have developed my career by working in positions at every level at SPIN from direct support to serving as a Corporate Officer. My career began in Therapeutic Recreation and I was instrumental in the development of programs focusing on inclusion and the deinstitutionalization movement in the 1980's. This involvement and belief that every person deserves a safe and comfortable home in which to live and grow led to my own growth in the field of Real Estate and adaptation of homes for people with disabilities. I currently serve as a member of SPIN's Executive Management Team , providing direction and motivation within this large non profit organization supporting over 3000 individuals with intellectual, developmental and autism spectrum disabilities and over 1000 dedicated employees. My areas of expertise include meeting the needs of these individuals by focusing on raising funds , real property, and facilities management to assure that each person can enjoy a Life of Possibilities in the community.
