I've had the privilege to know Mr. Kang Ill-Kyu during our service together in the military. I've touched base with him over the years and consider him a good friend. He has maintained outstanding character and resolve throughout the years. Anyone would be lucky to work along side him. He communicates effectively and his work ethic remains efficient in completing numerous tasks requiring finesse and sophistication. He carries himself with grace and remains humble. I have met very few professionals who possess his level of professionalism and at the same time be personable. If you hire him, don't let him go.
