      I have got an amazing challenge, opportunity to join the biggest IT company in Baltics and Nordic and lead AV and education business. I joined to different business units in one team and hired new team members. I managed great team of 7 sales people, 2 engineers and 2 installers which led BMK to leading positions in education and AV. I was responsible for new business strategy, budget, management of sales and marketing, co-operation with other group companies inside and outside country to develop the business potential, exploring of new partnerships and opportunities by participating in international exhibitions;, representing company in public by reading enterprise presentations.       I was responsible for pilot project: to manage IT products (Notebooks, PC, monitors, speakers, flash drives, cameras and etc.) sales in the biggest Maxima (XXX type) stores. Test project exceeded expectation and were confirmed as normal business model between Maxima and Flopo informacinės sistemos. My responsibilities were to handle relationships with retail chain Maxima. Forming IT assortment, implementing pricing strategy, creating planograms and arranging shelf placement, organizing promotions, sales analysis and forecast, retaking new product categories was my everyday work. Negotiations with the biggest IT wholesalers and vendors getting best prices and marketing support. Marketing was very important in this project. I managed publishing monthly product catalog of 500.000 prints, video advertisement in Maxima digital signage infrastructure and using their radio channel. I was creating texts of radio, ideas of video and prints and handled all relationships with media agencies. I had 10 people sales team, who were working inside Maxima stores and gave consultation to consumers. Achievements: This project exceeded expectation. Me and my team proved that it is possible to computers in food store and gave good profits for Maxima and Flopo informacinės sistemos.
