Job search? Let’s be honest. Looking for your next incredible opportunity working with great people at the company of your dreams ain’t easy. Your search could include any or all of this stuff to figure out; What are you good at? What do you want to do? Who is your ideal company or customer, and what do they look like? Does your resume point to all that? Your LinkedIn profile, keywords, navigating applicant tracking systems, and networking (a lot) are all key factors. Let’s not forget the how-to’s of networking and interviewing remotely! All to get you ready for the interview process. Hopefully there’s multiple interviews. Then ‘the offer,’ and how to negotiate.
