I co-founded Minufly, an e-commerce store specialising in fashion and apparel. As a small business owner, I embraced a versatile role, focusing primarily on digital and social media marketing. Additionally, I played a vital role in shaping our product strategy, encompassing the selection, testing, and acquisition of products that resonated with our customer base. Throughout the journey of co-establishing this venture, I honed diverse entrepreneurial skills and underwent continuous learning. The experience of building the brand and company from scratch further enriched my expertise. Notably, Minufly was bootstrapped and achieved an exceptional 10x revenue growth within a single year of operation. This impressive milestone underscored our strategic acumen and dedication to success. In 2023, we successfully exited the company, reaping substantial rewards by quadrupling the initial capital investment. This pivotal experience deepened my understanding of business dynamics and value creation. Reflecting on this journey, I am driven by the knowledge gained and remain dedicated to applying these insights to future endeavours. Show less

Second internship: During my next three-week internship, I worked on multiple projects for various clients. I conducted complex data analysis based on machinery breakdown data in order to identify recurring breakdown patterns that have a significant impact on downtime and productivity. The result of the project was a list of key problem areas and possible solutions to mitigate them.I also conducted machine capability and feasibility studies to substantiate suitability and timeline for machine replacement. The study involved a vigorous analysis of breakdown data, interview with key personnel to identify problem areas as well as a cost breakdown analysis to determine costs involved in either keeping the machine or replacing it. The outcome was a detailed report entailing machinery that needed replacement with substantive reasoning. I worked on a mini project that evaluated the functioning and upkeep of a warehouse to identify and improve areas through various techniques such as 5S and lean. Show less
