Mrs. Salari has a curious and serious personality. She was one of my best employees in Jam Petrochemical Company (JPC) as a hard working production and quality control engineer and always accomplished her responsibilities in best quality. During my work with her, I found her always thinking and revising her knowledge, and trying to investigate the real cause of operational issues. Mina is quite flexible at work, she started her work in JPC as a field process engineer in operating the steam cracker plant and then switch to production managing. She has good experiences in start up and normal operation conditions in ethylene production plant, as well.
