An effective leader has many attributes that make that person successful. Many of them are attributes that have been developed over the years whether it be thru education or experience. There are also some attributes that cannot be trained. These are attributes that are intrinsic to a person's character and aptitude. I hired Mina as a Project Manager unaware at the time of his true potential. It only took weeks to realize that Mina was under hired. He took on tasks outside of his job description and responded to events as a true leader. In very little time I came to rely on Mina and trust his insight on business matters. When I left the company we were from I did so knowing that they would be in good hands with Mina. It is my sincere hope that my time working with Mina is not over and in the future, we will collaborate again. I am excited to see how far he progresses in his career and how he is able to shape the direction of the companies he is involved in.
