1-Job summary: -Perform fermentation processes in mammalian cell culture area of Rhein-Minapharm and XpandC, and all related tasks ensuring successful fermentation runs. 2-Duties: 1. Adhere to GMP rules related to the field of employment. 2. Operate production equipment (single use wave bioreactors, STRs, and XDR- shaker and static incubators-harvest skid- different pumps-centrifuge-nucleocounter-bioprofile-Vi-cell and Cedex-biowelder and sealer-LAFs-microscopes). 3. Perform mammalian fermentation processes, using good aseptic techniques, according to production plan. 4. Attended the operation qualification (OQ) and installation qualification (IQ) of many of XpandC equipment. 5. Participated in the 1st engineering run and technology transfer run in XpandC. 6. Created a recipe to automate the harvest process of 1000L adessia batch. 7. Supervise technicians. 8. Analyze the production process continuously for process understanding and improvement. 9. Conduct maintenance of production equipment as per defined plan. 10. Manage documents (SOPs, validation protocols, change controls, etc.), issue new SOPs, and receive approved SOPs according to revision plan. 11. Notify supervisor and Q.A. about incidents, participate in investigations and assessments, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to corrective and preventive actions. 12. Participate in process and cleaning validation and equipment internal calibration. 13. Manage materials and tools dispensing orders and follow up on relevant stocks. 14. Support supplier qualification for raw materials and consumables. 15. Contribute to quality risk management projects, process improvements, and environmental and safety risk assessments. 16. Support ramping up and establishing production in XpandC. 17. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production and process flow. Show less
