I got to know Min as an inspiring visual designer with extraordinary communication and time management skills, always positive and with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Although we didn't work closely together in our roles, we worked in close proximity for about 6 months at Medbelle, at the time a 50-person healthcare startup. Min joined at a crucial point for the company and immediately started making a positive difference. From presentations to marketing materials to our software products, everything started looking better, and our working atmosphere just got much more cheerful. I saw senior leadership at Min's desk a lot. There clearly were many high-pressure situations, but she handled all of them with grace. She is a great collaborator and I'm convinced that she will add value to any team!
