My role as a Senior Consulting Partner with GRIST is to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to design, deliver, and embed frameworks to improve customer experiences and leadership coaching. To this end, I also manage, monitor, and review business operations, as well as implement change systems and processes to further drive the desired behaviours to achieve KPIs. I also identify improvement gaps in organisations and implement corrective measures by studying the behaviours required to deliver on the organisation’s strategy. Utilising my advanced coaching techniques, I mentor organisational leaders to effectively manage the business and lead their people. As Managing Director, I develop business and marketing strategies and participate in industry events to grow the business and build a national brand in the telecommunications industry. My team and I provide consultancy services to Telstra Licensed Shops and Dealers in Australia. In addition, I enforce business strategies, develop company objectives, and create system and operational processes, as well as oversee our consulting team, mentor retail management and attend meetings in order to become more effective in managing business changes and improving sales performance. I am also charged with facilitating audits and ensuring the business is compliant with industry regulations whilst managing company financials to ensure effective budgeting. Moreover, I manage the human resources activities in the business including recruitment, training, succession planning, performance management and employment terminations. Finally, we handle the processing of monthly commission reconciliation for clients and submit claims to Telstra on their behalf to ensure they receive all monies owed to them. We accomplish all these whilst fostering a highly effective working relationship with Telstra and partners to ensure the provision of high-quality service and support to clients, maintaining a quality control practices and advising clients on the Telstra Business Rules and commissions’ structure. Key Achievements: • Successfully built a business and doubled its revenue YoY for the first five years of the business. • Nominated for the Telstra Business Women’s Award in 2012. • Consistently increasing revenue and ensuring that there is a consistent pipeline of new business. • Provided consultancy services to 80 Telstra Shops and Dealers in the past 14 years. • Achieved on average 400% ROI for clients through the company’s consulting and claims process.
