Over the course of my internship with NBCUniversal I was involved in a number of different roles to assist the finance team in the Sydney office. These roles included: - Raising and receiving intercompany recharges. - Manage Cost Reporting process for development projects - Support Accounts payable and Accounts receivable related tasks, including generation of invoices & receipting - Setting up of new vendors and customers via NBCU support central system - Management of company fixed asset register and monthly depreciation charges - Responsible for management of quarterly Superannuation submission - Preparation of monthly & quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for review by Finance Manager. - Other adhoc general administration and finance tasks.
