I have known Milton (MJ) for over six years as both a colleague and client. Over that period of time, Milton always represented himself as a consummate professional. His ability to smoothly operate in a variety of leadership capacities is a testament to the 20 (+) years of service to our nation and his success in attaining the highest levels of leadership as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer. Milton has used the knowledge he gained as a Command Sergeant Major, to act as a teacher, coach, and mentor to all that wisely take his counsel. During my years in the private sector, few people that I have come in contact with have transitioned as effectively from Warrior to civilian as has Milton. I know of no tasks that MJ could not execute to the standards of perfection. I am proud to call him a friend.

He has the ability to get to the root of any problem quickly providing rapidly results to standard. I can think of no man I would feel more confident working with.
