I've worked with Milou for an extended period of time. In this period she has taken on a great variety of roles which she all very quickly owned. She has shown the ability to handle complex projects as well as coaching or motivating people in her team. It was a real pleasure to be Milou's coworker because she simply is a wonderful person. If you're looking for a smart and dedicated employee, Milou is a great asset in whatever role she decides to own!
