Mike van der Eerden
I’ve worked with Dušan for over a year in my role as Solution Architect at Talpa. Whatever issues we’ve found he always managed to find a way around them. Sometimes by creating a smart workaround, sometimes by tackling the issue from a different angle. He’s really driven in getting the best result, working really hard and enjoying his work. And he seems to be in constant good mood. I did enjoy working with Dušan a lot and can certainly recommend him.

As Product manager I’ve been working with Dusan for almost a year now. Dusan has an indispensable role in creating the right team spirit. As far as I can judge it he makes the work fun to do and -most important- he creates enthousiasm in the team so that others like the project as well. So if it were only for the work spirit I always want him or a Dusan-alike person in my team, because it makes doing the hard work really worth while. Of course our projects are not just for fun and have to lead to specific goals. And when it comes down to find technical solutions for our challenges we also need people like Dusan very hard. I find him an experienced developer who isn’t afraid of new methods or complex technics to use in our products. He listens carefully to what has to be done, thinks about it well and takes care of the issues. He has a ‘can do’ work ethic, no matter how complex some issues seems to be. For a Product Manager it’s very pleasant to have somebody like Dusan in the team, because you know when he is assigned to an issue that it will be fixed. Dusan also takes care of unexpected questions of changes in focus: he is always willing to help, maybe sometimes a bit too much at the expense of himself. Overall I am really happy with Dusan and I couldn’t wish for a better developer. The combination of willing to work on our projects, his share in team spirit and the fact that he gets things done is really important to me. You get used to things which are going well and it scares me sometimes that there is always a risk that this can be disturbed by changes in the team where I don’t have any influence to. Last but not least: I admire and cherish the qualities of Dusan really a lot and nobody should ever doubt whether they have the chance to work with him.
