• Responsible for the management of complaints for one zone (as per CEZ zone division). According to the portfolio size, the person can manage more zones. • Receive the set of complaints registered in zone and handle the complaint solving. • Responsible to keep all accurate reports over the practices followed, addressed and the final status at any moment required. • Arrange with the zone technical structures for receiving information • Arrange reconciliation process with all departments in interface as per agreed calendars. • Responsible to escalate all department problems evidenced from the reports coming from the field to the other departments within and outside the division. • Coordinate with the staff in zone, in enabling the response to the clients. • Consults complaint report daily and check the progress of the complaints.
