In Riesenia I have created and set up sales processes and sales procedures where I worked on choosing right CRM system for communication, data gathering and analysing. I have managed whole process from first contact with customer until signing contract, while I engaged colleagues into this cooperation based on the phase in which clients business was. To find a new potential customers I used a tools such as Leady.cz, Hunter.io, Lusha.com. How to work with this tools I summed up in a blog. My experiences in a sales and sales tool I oftend shared with the students from Economic university in Bratislava, Slovak agricultrue university in Nitra or I delivered presentation in topic sales in Slovak business forum. In a company Alfa Bio my goal was to improve a sales, which I have done year-to-year in 14%. I educated our key customers about nutrition of our products as well as I organised excursion into production and degustation. Through the strategy I have set up - a newsletter about our products ingredients, processes, nutrition and the whole impact on consumer metabolism I created raising interest of out products. Another very successful activity was a nutrition education at Sportclub Dukla Banská Bystrica where our comapny CEO and I were presenting advices and tips on how our products can increase physical performance professional athlets.
