I achieved a Distinction in my Conservation Science MSc at Imperial College London. • This course provided me with a deep understanding of the fundamental principles and theories underlying the conservation of biodiversity, both from the human and the biological perspectives. I developed skills for implementing successful conservation projects. • Topics included: conservation planning, statistical methods & GIS, monitoring & evaluation, social & ecological research methods, protected area management, socio-economics and urban conservation. • For my thesis research project, I worked with Balfour Beatty to develop a decision-making framework and practical scorecard to help businesses and NGOs select holistic biodiversity offsets that compensate for biodiversity losses and social impacts of development schemes.
