I recommend Milly as a good maritime lawyer. She is a team player with initiative, commerciality and attention to detail that clients value.

William Walsh

I highly recommend Milly for her commitment to work, ability to work with the business and level of attention to detail. Milly is also very smart and would be a great asset to any company.

SKM (now Jacobs) is a leading Australian engineering consultancy with over 7000 employees worldwide. It has four business units namely Water and Environment, Buildings and Infrastructure, Power and Energy and Mining and Metals. My role at SKM was assisting the four business units on a wide range of legal matters, predominantly contract review, negotiations and general liaising with the respective business unit on each project. I assisted the Corporate Counsel on drafting an negotiating contracts for major infrastructure projects, with SKM fees greater than $10 million. I have experience in a large range of different agreements including standard consultancy services, MOU, TSA, PSA, JV, Confidentiality Deeds, D&C Contracts and EPCM contracts. Another aspect of my role was assisting the Global Corporate Counsel and GM Risk on a number of corporate duties including updating the SKM compliance manual and drafting legislative summaries for jurisdictions in which SKM is trading. I also worked on ad-hoc projects as required by the GM Risk and Global Corporate Counsel such as drafting amendments to SKM STC's to reflect changes to Australian consumer law.
