      Responsible for providing first class administration support to the Director of School Support and the School Leadership Team. With a range of responsibilities my role is diverse and fast paced. Involved in the day-to-day running of the HR Office and School Office including recruitment administration, absence management, annual leave and staff leavers. On a daily basis I deal with agencies in order to arrange cover for staff who are absent, maintain our HR staff database, manage the school’s enquiries inbox and answers any queries from staff, students and parents. All administrative support for school trips and visits is my responsibility including; uploading trips onto WisePay, arranging travel, collecting in payments and consent forms and chasing these where necessary and working closely with our Finance department to reconcile the trip finances.

      After completing a Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship at Advanced Lettings Ltd, I was then taken on as a full time employee. My duties included maintaining the diary for staff, arranging appointments and managing the referencing and moving in process. In order to ensure that we had all necessary documentation and to create an electronic back up file, I audited and scanned in all of the paper files for each property we managed with the help of my colleagues. This role also involved taking rent payments and referencing payments.
