Millie joined Wiser for two weeks of work experience on her placement year and stayed the whole year. She is a brilliant person to work with, insightful and thorough and takes full ownership of her work and the impact she can have. Her degree in psychology brought a valuable angle to our research and employer branding work and we’re going to miss this and her wonderful energy in the team. In her time with us, Millie grew her knowledge and skills in the areas of research, strategy, copywriting, sales pitches, marketing, project and client management. Millie learns quickly and seeks out feedback; it was awesome to see her confidence grow over the year and I’m excited to see what she achieves in her final year at uni as a Wiser Academy team lead.
