"Getter done." Not fancy. No frills. Just results. This is what comes to mind when I think of Devon - this is what makes him a professional asset to any company. Devon worked in my department, Client Services, at Innis Maggiore before being promoted to director of his own department, Web Development. Something that always stood out to me about Devon is his ability to read between the lines and hear what isn't being said in order to get to the heart of the matter. He has helped numerous clients cut through historical baggage, industry noise, and technical impediments in order to figure out what really needs to happen. Then he makes it happen. Simple as that. His depth of knowledge and experience in paid search, lead gen and commerce marketing automation were evident as he advised our team through the development of digital marketing campaigns. His technical expertise and ability to translate seamlessly from "developer speak" to "client speak" make him an integral part of his clients' technical planning and development processes. Devon also shared baseball stories/tips and gave me his son's equipment hand-me-downs -- which I appreciated, having three young baseball players of my own! I would highly recommend Devon to any company that needs to make things happen. He knocks it out of the park.
