Demonstrate a thorough understanding of MIPS, accountable care organizations, shared savings, risk coding, CAHPS surveys, and other payer-specific arrangements. Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to steer the nursing staff to meet our goals. -Personally negotiate insurance contracts and monitor insurance payments to ensure negotiated amounts are being paid in full.
