I have gained valuable experience in these areas: -Data manipulation: creating multiple MATLAB programs to automate data visualization of over 4000 cells across 50+ files. -Conducting Capability studies: running various tests and gathering data in order to form reliable insights on product failures. This involved large amounts of learning about statistical processes such as Levene's test of variation and P tests. Overall testing and studies resulted in saving approximately 45,000 parts per batch, totaling around $3.7 million dollars in production costs. -Management: creating and implementing a quality inspection plan that involved inspecting 52 incoming components in order to create a trust with our supplier.
