Additionally, I am a Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant and Trainer (specializing in DISC Assessments). I primarily help leaders and teams navigate through conflict to minimize negative conflict within their teams and organizations (from micro-businesses to corporate organizations). I use a technique I've coined called "Conflict Leadership" that is focused on being proactive in the conflict that does and will exist in your company. WHY I DO IT: Because as John C. Maxwell says, "Everything rises and falls on Leadership." This world has a leadership crisis due to a lack of leadership training & development. 70% of all leaders have never had any type of leadership training or coaching, and yet they are expected to perform at the highest levels.
