Ltd since 1871, MTL is among the oldest textile units in the country and was the Ashok Piramal Group's first industrial enterprise when they took over in 1934.ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY: As a Deputy Manager in weaving and weaving preparatory the job responsibilities is to • achieve target production And quality of product • Handling the sectional warping machine (1)Rabatex (2)Harsh (3)Beninger As well as Lakshmi pirn winder and steaming machine for high twist yarn quality • Sizing production activity on Ambika & Rotal Machine for shirting fabric.GENERAL TASK AND RESPONSBILITY: 1) Planning the day to day production of the department.2) Optimizing the production activities to ensure excellent quality product at the right time, all the time.3) Controlling and taking adequate corrective actions and devising preventive actions for future smoother operations.4) To facilitate the new product development as and when indicated by the management and if approved, to take it on commercial Production. 5) Reporting to General Manager on daily basis on production, quality, productivity, environmental management and future planning.6) Periodic performance evaluation and motivation of the subordinates to prepare them to take up routine and future responsibilities in the organization.7) To take up the additional responsibilities as and when conferred by the management from time to time for the benefit organization.8) Ensure that the team members collectively monitor the teams performance in terms of achieving output, speed of response and quality targets and standards and agree with team members any corrective action required to ensure that team goals are achieved.
