• Manage the product development process from liaising with the client to the delivery of the products within the time-lines, guidelines and expectations of the customer. Represent the company on the front end whilst managing the back end requirements to deliver results. • Maintain and set up company servers by liaising with vendors to ensure all necessary systems are at optimal condition in order to maintain smooth business functions. Ensure system back up is conducted as required following guidelines and company compliance requirements. • Monitor and evaluate the technical requirements of the company with regards to servers and other IT requirements, provide proposals to management and execute as necessary up to payments and installation. • Be updated on latest technological developments and propose tools to automate manual processes in order to improve the efficiency, productivity and effectiveness of the systems. • Responsible for managing the team on resource allocation, performance management, conflict resolution, training, staff motivation and other functions as per company requirements. • Perform additional duties in line with the current role, as and when requested by management Show less
