I was invited by the Principal to take on a new leadership role in 2014 to support the 'Excellence in Teaching' Program. I was actively engaged in conducting classroom observation and providing feedback, particularly with Graduate Teachers. I also led PL sessions with staff in explicit instruction, differentiating the curriculum and cooperative learning. I created a new professional learning team structure and instigated the introduction of a 360 degree classroom observation program with 10 staff who trialled the program.
