  Successfully transferred major products to Asia, Mexico and U.S. manufacturing vendors, implementing set-up and training, achieving on-time, on-budget goals. Evaluate product designs for test coverage (Design for Testability), and recommended changes to improve the coverage. Determine most effective way to test the product, and achieve best test coverage for the cost. Submit requirements, justification and test plans for production test software, equipment, and test fixtures. Standardize processes between test platforms and manufacturing sites. Monitor field returns and assist on any Failure Analysis required by consumer. Applied statistical process controls to test numerous processes, achieving an average of 97% to 99% test yields.
