I have worked for Lacks in the summers of 2011-2013. The first two years I spent in R&D where tasks included: part inspection, material handling, assist with process setup, and assisting with mold changes. My last summer I was in a variety of areas that included: quality, tool room, process technician, and die setter. Some tasks included: process technician start-ups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting, tool room PMs and small mold repairs on production tools, and complete mold changes for 500-2200 ton machines.
