  "Dissident parenting: the care exercised by trans men in Brazil and Portugal" This research, developed at CES - Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra and funded by FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology, proposes, from the experiences of parental care of trans men, to outline a comparative panorama of the legal framework and social policies between Brazil and Portugal regarding the reception and promotion of their intimate, sexual and reproductive citizenships. The investigation aims to contribute to the expansion of current sociological debates around these themes, promoted in academia and activism, as well as in the formulation of inclusive, non-discriminatory public policies that promote respect for individual freedoms and social recognition of LGBTQIA+ families.
