  European Youth Center of Vojvodina is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, founded in 2011. with the goal to initiate actively participation of youth in cultural, social and ethical transformation of society. SerNor Youth Mingle 2019 is a youth exchange project, created with the cooperation of the European Youth Center of Vojvodina from Novi Sad, the Nordland Region and the Bodø Municipality in Norway, within the Erasmus + program The main objective of this project is for young people, youth workers, and decision-makers from two partner countries to participate in the transfer of knowledge and skills through a series of activities focused on the development of personal, social, and educational experiences and skills. Also, the goals of the project were to develop ideas for joint initiatives and goals that, when young people return to their areas and communities, to apply the same, but also to share experiences, ideas, and approaches in youth support, between youth workers and decision-makers. The project involved an educational journey for young people, which explored the last decades of history in both regions and the common link between youth. The responsibilities as a Project Coordinator were: • Making arrangements for project to be carried out in both countries by detailed strategic planning • Developing ideas on how to engage youth in resolving problems by establishing 17 sustainability development goals through the role of a workshop facilitator • Group leader for the Serbian group of youth • Booking meetings with Serbian politicians in order to engage them in conversations with the youth about incorporation of their initiatives and ideas Show less

  ESTIEM is a non-profit, non-political organization for European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management, who combine technological understanding with management skills. Local Group Novi Sad has been founded in 2002, 3 years after the establishment of the IEM Department in Novi Sad. It became a member of ESTIEM Network in 2006. It is the oldest Local Group in Serbia and one of the oldest in the region. That being the case, LG Novi Sad has helped in forming of several LGs within the network. During its existence, it has organised more than 45 international and local events. The Tournament In Management and Engineering Skills (TIMES) is the largest pan-European case study competition for Industrial Engineering and Management students. This prestigious, highly acclaimed event has successfully been organised since 1994 and attracts over 350 top teams each year Two qualification rounds are required to be selected for the TIMES Final, which takes place in an annually changing venue in Europe. Before reaching this final stage, all the participants take part in a Local Qualification at their home university. As a Project Leader of the Local Qualification in Novi Sad I was in Charge of During the event I was in charge of coordinating all of the activities and volunteers in order to provide full logistical support during the competition, including : -food, -materials, -workplaces, -promotion of the event, etc. Show less
