  I currently work as senior Validation specialist at klenzaids contamination controls Pvt ltd., umbergaon. Klenzaids is a pharammachines manufacturing company. I work as a senior Validation engineer. My role is to arrange Validation activity to newly manufactured machine like Isolators, Tunnel, Washer, LAFs, etc... I am also responsible for creating technical and Qualifications documentation for the same. I do also performed the all qualifications activity like FAT, DQ workshop, IQ, OQ, PQ. As a Validation engineer I do travel and visit the customer site for the troubleshooting and validate the system. on a factory site I do also challenge the PLC program according to technical document like Function spec. also responsible for the HMI or SCADA system verification. I also help to onsite technician for troubleshooting. I am also responsible for indent PR for required validation devices and kit in telly system. Show less
