I have worked with Milan for nearly three years. He has been my direct supervisor. In this time, I have had the pleasure of watching how he grows our business by creating meaningful partnerships. He is a true master of his craft. When I say master of his craft, I don’t mean the typical sales guy that everyone thinks of. For example, one of the companies we partnered with was experiencing 10% retention rate on new hires. We began recruiting and consulting with them. Within 2 hiring classes the retention rate had increased to 85% on new hires. Referring Milan is easy. He is not like any other business developer you will work with. Milan knows all the tools available to him and can provide you with detail on how he can help your company succeed. Whether it’s recruiting, outsourcing, or consulting Milan will have solutions that he can provide. It is worth taking the time to sit down with Milan to have a discussion. You won’t regret it. Milan helped me personally as well. During a goal setting meeting I mentioned wanting to make a career change. We looked within our company and did not have an opportunity in the area I was looking for. Milan began looking outside the company and encouraged me to do the same. His and our company goal is to make lives better, and even though it meant I may leave the company, Milan assisted me in finding my new career.
