I was responsible for conducting workshops furthermore teacher assistant To hold a series of scientific workshops including DNA and RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR, gene cloning, vector transformation, and recombinant proteins expressed in bacterial and yeast host and protein purification and characterization, as well as SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. In collaboration with the Dermatology Research Center of tajrish Shohada Hospital, I decided to organize a mammalian cell culture workshop at the [Protein and Enzyme Laboratory] Centre, and I also collected many workshops in the areas of biotechnology, biochemistry, and molecular cell science, and even a short-term clinical laboratory course in the company. In addition, I worked briefly as a lab technician.
