"Sofiyska Voda employed me as a Consultant, to project manage and support the implementation of a new customer billing system (Affinity) in Sofia in 2001. During the development of the project, Mila was employed in the Project Office to support key activities prior to the project going live and subsequently after it went live. Mila was a very friendly, efficient and reliable member of the team with an excellent understanding of English. She worked under her own initiative when required and also as part of the overall team. Her role as a translator was vital with regard to the language barriers encountered between local staff and UK development staff, where decisions and understandings were required and she used her communication skills to good effect when in this position.
